If you're in Kuala Terengganu and in search of a cozy nook to unwind, Kopi Satu is a delightful cafe that deserves a spot on your must-visit list. Nestled in Kampung Durian Burung, its charming atmosphere will transport you to a simpler time reminiscent of a traditional Malay house. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee wafts through the air, inviting you to sit back, relax, and indulge in a slice of community life.

Kopi Satu stands out with a diverse menu that caters to all tastes. For a sweet treat that dances on your palate, their Creme Chocolate Frappe is a rich and creamy experience that pairs decadently with the nostalgic ambiance. If you’re after something refreshing, don't miss out on the Mango Tango Frappe, a vibrant blend of ripe mango and creamy yogurt that encapsulates the essence of tropical bliss. For coffee lovers, the Caramel Macchiato Frappe offers a perfect balance of iced coffee, caramel sweetness, and a delightful whipped cream topping—an indulgence you won’t soon forget.

But it’s not just the frappes that shine at Kopi Satu. Their Candy Dalgona is a whimsical delight that can satisfy even the most fervent sweet cravings. And for those seeking something non-caffeinated, the Strawberry Latte is a creamy explosion of fresh strawberry goodness that’s hard to resist.

The ambience is as much a part of the experience as the menu. With lush bamboo strategically placed in the front yard, the quaint design of the cafe exudes tranquility. Customers have praised its chill and cool environment—perfect for coming in with friends, as noted by Nur Shahira, who describes it as a place that feels like home. Fauziah Hanum echoes this sentiment, appreciating the historically rich setup that makes her feel connected to the local culture while sipping her coffee.

However, it's important to note that while the food and drinks receive high marks, some visitors have had mixed experiences with the staff's friendliness. Nikcha Rosli mentioned a lack of warmth from the crew, yet many, like Tun Syahirah, still find their visits to be highlight moments, especially when enjoying the delightful waffles and soft doughnuts.

Kopi Satu is not just a cafe; it’s a community hub where locals gather, and stories unfold over steaming mugs of perfectly brewed beverages. Whether you’re a resident or just passing through, keeping this gem on your radar for a morning pick-me-up or an afternoon retreat is a decision you won’t regret. So take a step inside, order your favorite drink, and embrace the welcoming spirit that this cafe has to offer.

Reasonable price. Chill and cool environment. When u enter the cafe, it smells coffee. So nice. I like the ambience feel like kampung and malay house as the cafe is a malay timber house. Kinda historical a bit plus with coffee. When u come, order first then go wait at ur sit.

Used to loved their dirty latte, but now the drink has discontinued,so my current favorite is hot latte,if you love sweet drinks, must try their dalgona latte(can add extra shot if u like strong coffee taste), The doughnut also soft and fluffy, the waffle also good, big portion

Getting a hot matcha latte here before my shift starts. Literally after the braces appointment, well it’s fine for me. Nice ambience, a cafe that is a house concept, beautiful bamboo in front yard and not so many people in the morning – just nice. Their matcha is pretty great with a decent price. Thank you!

I love lepak-ing here with my friends, it feels so homey. I'm quite surprised this café is still running. All the best for the future!

The beverage, great taste & affordable. The food (I ordered Cheesy Wedges), nothing taste new but good portion. The atmosphere very nice, giving kampung's vibe. However, i am disappointed with the crews. Not friendly at all.

Cafe rehat between 7.30-8.30pm (maybe owner can update it in google because we found this cafe through it).Food overall were fantastic. Although the choice of menu is not that variety but I believe each menu satisfy customer in every aspect. Portion, taste and presentation were excellent. Staffs are very hospitable too. The vintage like Kampung style suits my preference. Absolutely recommended

This is a very nice place to enjoy your coffee. The old malays house turns into a cafe. It will let me feel like sitting at home. Very cosy. The coffee is also good. We test their dirty latte, iris latte, caramel machiato, and cappuccino. My fav is dirty latte. But overall, all of it is good. But something for the owner to take action is those mosquitoes. I know it kampung vibe, but please, they need to check surroundings. Anyway, it is recommended for coffee.

Presume this is a hidden gem and secret amongst the local, not much publicity and no much of a huha. With kampung style, its a calm place to coffee and cit cat with friends. Theres not much variety of foods.
